Accessibility statement

Last updated 28 September 2026

This statement applies to the Deeplink Coaching website, at coaching.deeplink.uk. We want everyone to be able to use it, and this page explains how accessible it is and what to do if something doesn’t work for you.

Using this website

You should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser or device settings;
  • zoom in up to 400% without having to scroll sideways;
  • get around the website using just a keyboard, with a Skip to content link at the top of every page;
  • use the website with a screen reader (see what we haven’t tested yet, below);
  • turn off animations.

We’ve also tried to make the text as simple as possible to understand.

Settings that can help

  • Pause animations. The Pause animations switch at the foot of every page stops the moving 3D skyline and the three orbs on the home page, the portal on the Free tools page, the circuit lines at the top of other pages and every other animation. Your browser remembers the choice on your device (see our Privacy notice).
  • Reduce motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, we respect that too: the opening animation doesn’t play, the 3D scenes show still pictures and nothing moves.
  • The opening animation on the home page lasts about 3 seconds. Press Skip intro, Escape or Enter, or click anywhere, to skip it.
  • Links to the other Deeplink websites play a short transition. Press Escape or click to skip it. It doesn’t play if you’ve paused animations or reduced motion.
  • Charts on our research pages have a Show the data as a table option with the same figures.

How accessible this website is

We know some things may not work well for everyone yet:

  • Real screen readers. We’ve tested with automated checks and with the keyboard, but not yet with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack on real devices.
  • The 3D scenes and the portal are decorative, so screen readers skip them. The words, links and buttons beside them are ordinary text, and without 3D they show as still pictures and cards.
  • The booking form and the free tools are on the Deeplink Toolkit, at toolkit.deeplink.uk. This statement doesn’t cover them.

Technical information about this website’s accessibility

We are committed to making the Deeplink Coaching website accessible. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, level AA, as our standard.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Our own checks found no failures, but it hasn’t yet been tested with real screen readers or by disabled people, so we can’t yet say it fully meets the standard.

What we’re doing to improve accessibility

We check the website against WCAG 2.2 AA when we make changes, and we’ll update this statement when it has been tested with real screen readers.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 28 September 2026.

The website was last tested in September 2026, in our own review against WCAG 2.2 AA. It used automated checks (axe-core) on every type of page at desktop and phone widths, and manual checks of keyboard use, focus, colour contrast, zoom and reflow, reduced motion and the Pause animations switch.
