What our coaching costs
Our coaching programme brings everything together, from training through your job search, with a coach at every stage.

Programme fee. Paid in full before you start.

Job Payment. Only if you get a qualifying job. When the Job Payment applies

- One-to-one coaching sessions, email support and help with applications until you start a qualifying job
Optional, once you pass the Data Analyst track
Data Engineering upgrade
For students who pass the Data Analyst track (all projects passed their reviews and the digital internship complete) and want to become data engineers. About 4 more months (about 5.5 to 6 months part-time) of engineering training, projects, a second digital internship brief and interview practice.

With the upgrade, you pay £12,000 in fees in total, plus a £6,000 Job Payment only if you get a qualifying job: £18,000 at most. Prices include VAT where it applies.
What the upgrade includes
- Engineering training in Python, Docker, Airflow, dbt, Spark and the cloud, building on the analyst track
- Four data pipeline projects, each with written feedback, published on GitHub
- A second digital internship brief at Deeplink, in data engineering, over 6 to 8 weeks
- An updated CV and LinkedIn profile for data engineering roles
- Data engineering interview practice, including mock technical interviews
- One-to-one coaching throughout the upgrade, and help with applications for data engineering roles until you start a qualifying job
Job Payment
How the Job Payment works
The Job Payment is £4,000, or £6,000 if you take the Data Engineering upgrade. You pay it only if the conditions below are met. Here is exactly when it applies, and when it does not.
- You pay it only if you receive an offer of a qualifying job during your support period and accept it. Your support period starts on your start date and lasts until you start a qualifying job, however long that takes, unless you or we end the programme first. If you receive the offer while you are on the programme, it still applies if you stop before accepting, unless you stopped because of a problem on our side, as set out in your agreement.
- A qualifying job is a place on a graduate scheme, or a job of at least 30 hours a week that is permanent or on a fixed-term contract of 12 months or more, in a role related to your Launch Track.
- If you take the Data Engineering upgrade, the Job Payment rises by £2,000 to £6,000 for a qualifying job offer you receive on or after your upgrade start date, unless it comes from an application you made before then. A qualifying job then also includes data engineering roles. It is still due only if the conditions here are met.
- It is not due for internships or placements, part-time or temporary work, or fixed-term contracts of less than 12 months.
- It is not due if you stop the programme before you receive an offer, for whatever reason.
- It is not due for a job with Deeplink or another company in its group, or with a Deeplink client whose brief your digital internship project was based on. It is also not due for an offer that came from an application you made before you started, or while your programme was paused.
- It is due 30 days after you start the job, with no interest. If the offer is withdrawn or you do not start the job, you do not pay it. If your employer ends the job within 3 months for a reason that is not your fault, we refund it.
- Please tell us within 14 days when you accept a job offer. We will tell you in writing whether we think the Job Payment applies.
- The Job Payment is part of what you pay for your training and coaching. It is not a fee for finding you work. We are not a recruitment agency, and we don’t introduce you to employers or put you forward for jobs. You find and apply for jobs yourself.
Fair terms
What you can count on
14 days to change your mind
You can cancel within 14 days of signing. If you asked us to start straight away, you pay only for the days you have had.
Leave at any time
If you stop before the end of your expected programme length, you pay only for the part you have had, worked out by the day, and we refund the rest. After that, or if your programme ends because you start a qualifying job, the full fee applies. The same goes for the upgrade fee.
Pause when life happens
Pause for up to 8 weeks in total for illness, exams or family reasons, or longer by agreement. Your programme dates move to match.
No hidden costs
The courses we use are free. Apart from the Job Payment, you only need a suitable laptop or desktop and an internet connection.
Everything in writing
You get the full price and terms in writing before you pay anything, and there is no obligation after your free call.

No one can guarantee you a job, and we never promise one. We promise honest feedback and support while you apply.
FAQ
Questions about pricing
How long does support last?
Until you start a qualifying job, however long that takes. There is no fixed end date. Support ends sooner only if you decide to stop, or if the programme ends under the terms of your agreement, for example if you stop replying to us.
Why is there a Job Payment?
It keeps the upfront price lower. It’s part of what you pay for your training and coaching, paid later and only if you get a qualifying job during your support period. It isn’t a fee for finding you work. We’re not a recruitment agency, and we don’t introduce you to employers or put you forward for jobs. You find and apply for jobs yourself.
How much is the Data Engineering upgrade?
£3,000, paid in full before you start the upgrade. Your Job Payment also rises by £2,000, from £4,000 to £6,000, and is still due only if you get a qualifying job. You can upgrade once you pass the Data Analyst track.
Is the price different if I study part-time?
No. The price is the same whether you study at the standard pace or part-time.
Can I pay in instalments?
No. We keep things simple: the programme fee is paid in full before you start. If you leave before the end of your expected programme length (about 6.5 months, or 8 part-time), you pay only for the part you have had, and we refund the rest. After that, or if you start a qualifying job, the full fee applies.
Can parents pay?
Yes. Many parents pay for their son or daughter’s programme. The agreement is still with the student, and we share progress with you only if they agree.
What if I get a job before I finish?
Congratulations. If the job qualifies, your support ends when you start it. The full programme fee applies, with no refund for the rest of the expected programme length, and the Job Payment is due as set out on our pricing page. If the job does not qualify, your support continues and there is no Job Payment.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Our prices include VAT where it applies.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. Your first 30-minute call is free, and there is no obligation to go ahead. We tell you the price before you commit to anything.
